I stopped in to get my watch battery replaced. A couple of weeks later, the clasp on the watch broke and I took it there to see if it could be fixed. Tom bent it back for me so it stayed closed and did not even charge me. He is friendly and very helpful. I recommend this store for anyone dealing with jewelry. Great customer service is a vital part of any business!
